Product Recalls & Product Safety

Product Safety at MorgenMarkt.de

The safety of our customers is our highest priority.
If any product sold by us is recalled for safety reasons, affected customers will be informed promptly and transparently.


Recall Procedure

1. Receipt of Information
We receive notification from the manufacturer, supplier, or competent authorities regarding a safety issue.

2. Identification of Affected Orders
Using our order records, we identify all customers who purchased the affected product within the relevant batch or time period.

3. Direct Notification
Affected customers receive an email including:

  • Product name and brand

  • Batch or expiry details (if applicable)

  • Reason for recall

  • Clear instructions

  • A prepaid return label


Product Return

The affected product must not be used or consumed.

It may be:

  • Returned using the prepaid return label provided by us (free of charge), or

  • Delivered in person to:

Home pickup service is not offered.


Refund

Upon receipt of the returned product, we refund the full purchase price.

The refund is issued via the original payment method.
A digital confirmation will be sent to the registered email address.


Deleted Customer Accounts

If a customer account has been completely deleted, no contact details remain in our system.
In such cases, automatic notification is not technically possible.
